Dieter Schwager, a long-time employee in technical development at Karmann, most recently in Puebla, Mexico, where he was responsible for prototype production for the VW Beetle.

After becoming self-employed in the yacht service sector in 2008, he founded Schwager & Partner in 2012 as an experienced mechatronics engineer and coordinator with the aim of improving the year-round management and maintenance of fincas and yachts in the north of Mallorca.

Disappointed by the poor service provided by many companies, Dieter had a vision of a company that would offer technical expertise, fairness, and exceptional customer service to real estate and yacht owners. These values continue to guide our company today.

Schwager & Partner has developed into a dedicated network offering first-class management services in the north of Mallorca. We specialize in motor yachts, sailing yachts, and luxury real estate.
